U.S. Return and Exchange Policy
Sutton Kai Candle Co. gladly accepts returns of undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All personalized, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.
Exchanges
