Sutton Kai Candle Co. gladly accepts returns of undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All personalized, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
